A minimum of $75,000 upfront investment for existing business owners in a single market and a larger investment for individuals starting their businesses. This start-up investment does not include transportation (truck & trailer or similar) or overhead expenses, such as payroll, marketing, etc.
Penntek approaches marketing in two ways. Penntek invests in consumer-facing marketing to create brand awareness and generate leads for our dealers. The second way is helping our dealers establish their local marketing based on what our other dealers have had success within their region. Penntek can provide sample business plans to prospective dealers and arrange a conversation with an existing dealer.
Service areas are based on the zip codes you want to operate within. We limit the number of dealers in a market to allow for growth. Some service areas may not be available now based on the size and/or number of dealers we have in the market.
On average, Penntek dealers earn between $700,000 and $900,000 in revenue from each two-man install crew during their first year in business. Penntek dealers average gross profit margins of around 40%. Many Penntek dealers will scale to multiple install crews within their markets or across multiple markets and generate millions in revenue each year.
